Well I must say, good customer service is very hard to come by today. Working with yourself, Dominic and the rest of your professional staff, has restored my faith. You did not hassle me in any way. The transaction took no more than 1 ½ hour, from the start of a test drive, to agreement on price and other amenities. A hand shake and well wishes were given and I would certainly recommend LaFlam Dealership to my friends and family.

Almost 2 years ago I purchase a 2006 PT Cruiser from LaFlam and I did it over the Internet. I have to say normally I hate going to car dealerships but everyone over at LaFlam was great. That is why this year I took my girlfriend there to get a car as well. We just got a 2007 Town and Country and I have to say everyone again treated us like part of their family. Dealing with Sarah over the Internet was like talking to a friend I knew for years. We came in on a Saturday morning and she had 3 cars waiting for us to look at. Within 2 hours we walked out with a new car. I have to say the LaFlam Experience was even better this time around. I would recommend their dealership to all of my friends and family. My family has purchased cars from the LaFlam dealership for over 30 yrs. So when I was old enough to get a car there is no other dealership I would go to.
I have had some issues in the past, but Jim LaFlam was always there to help me.
So this time I was looking to downsize from a van, and I live in the Pittsburgh area. But I just didnt have a good feeling from the dealers out here that I did from dealing with LaFlam's.
Maybe because my heart is still in Jersey!!! But I had started emailing Sarah with alot of questions, concerns and anything else that goes along with purchasing a car. Sarah is a GREAT asset to the dealership and a pleasure to work with.

I just wanted to thank Jose and Buddy from the service and parts areas for the help they gave me with my 1996 Neon. I have taken both of my Neons to this dealership since I have lived in New Jersey, from 2000. Recently I put almost 1000 dollars into this car which I just wanted to last another year or so or until my last child is out of daycare, and after all of this the radiator went. The dealer price was high for this old car, and your parts guys recommended me a place and unfortunately 2 bolts which I needed were too rusty and snapped while repairing the car. Jose, who I have dealt with in the past, generously gave two of the radiator bolts which I b=needed and now the car is running as good as ever. I just wanted to say thank you to the crew you have at this dealership. Thank you - Michael Santilli
