Jim LaFlam, Dealer Principal
I currently live in Washington Township NJ with my wife and am a proud father of four wonderful daughters and a granddaughter.I enjoy spending time with all my family and playing golf. I began working at our dealership in 1979 as a salesperson and have over 30 years in automotive retail experience. Rob LaFlam, Dealer Principal
I reside in Williamstown NJ with my wife and two step-sons. I enjoy playing ice hockey, golf, and collecting fine wines. I graduated from Richard Stockton State College of NJ in 1982 and began working at LaFlam Chrysler as a salesperson in 1985. Our dealership has been a family owned and operated business since 1954 and I look forward to seeing you in our dealership.

I was born in Puerto Rico and currently reside in Westampton, NJ. I've been married to my lovely wife for 10 years and I have two wonderful sons, ages 11 and 15. I've been with Chrysler for 30 years. Hi! I'm Sarah. I was born and raised in Washington Township. I graduated from WTHS in 2004. I enjoy spending time with my daughter, boyfriend and family, traveling, and hanging out with my friends. Dominic DiIelsi, Sales Manager
I was born and raised in Pennsauken NJ and now reside in Sicklerville NJ with my wife and three children. I graduated from Juniata College in 1978 where I played four years varsity football. Today I am involved in coaching with the Gloucester Township Midget Football League, and am also a member of St. Jude's Parish and Paul IV Parent's Club. I have been working in the automotive industry for 18 years, with the past 17 being with the LaFlam family.



Jim Shaw, Business Manager

Hi! I'm Jim. I was born in the best city in America, Philadelphia. I currently live in Woodbury, NJ. I went to High School at Washington Township. I attended Gloucester County College where I was the Co-Captain of the National Championship baseball team of 1999. I also attended West Chester University. I've been in the automobile industry for 8 years and not only is it my career but its my passion. In my spare time I play golf, basketball, baseball, football and pretty much any other game I can get into. I'm proud to be on such a great team in the LaFlam organization.


Bill Wiley, Parts/Service Administrator
My wife and I live in Washington Township NJ. We have 3 children and 5 Grandchildren. I graduated Rutgers State of NJ in 1971. My automotive career began shortly thereafter and included operating our former family dealership, Williamstown Dodge, in the 1980's with my Father and Brother. I enjoy playing basketball and rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles.



Stephan Dilleshaw, Internet Sales Consultant
I was born in Sacramento Ca. and moved to the east coast in 1983. I currently live in Williamstown, N.J. with my family. I graduated from Williamstown High School where I played 4 years Varsity Tennis. I enjoy playing many sports including tennis , hockey ,and football. I'm also a huge Philadelphia Eagles fan and enjoy attending games both home and away. I started my employment here in 2000 and joined the LaFlam Sales team in January of 2005.



Dominic Pronio, Sales Consultant
Hi! I was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. I married my lovely wife in 1992. We've lived in Glassboro for over 14 years. I enjoy restoring old cars and a good meal!! I'm happy to be back with the LaFlam Family. I encourage all my friends and previous customers to stop in and say hello!



Ed Calhoun, Sales Consultant
I was raised in Oaklyn NJ and currently live in Lindenwold. NJ with my wife of 24 years. I attended Collingswood High School before serving in the US Army for 4 years. I enjoy playing golf and have an interest in astronomy and gemstones. I have twelve years of experience in the jewelry industry as a Lapidary and have been in the automotive industry since 1994 and started here at LaFlam Chrysler in 1995.
